He currently serves as chief human resources officer of Randstad North America, where he manages all aspects of the company’s human capital strategy, including organizational design and strategy, talent acquisition and employee relations. Among his many accomplishments at Randstad, Link has overseen programs to enhance recruiter efficiency, tripled the company’s leadership programs and greatly increased employee participation in professional development opportunities.

With more than 25 years’ experience in human resources and staffing, Link has dramatically shaped the industry by spearheading Randstad’s largest studies on a range of important workforce issues, such as workplace diversity, global employment megatrends and Generation Z.

A highly sought-after and engaging speaker, Link inspires audiences nationwide through presentations and keynote addresses at many events, including the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Foundation Thought Leaders Retreat, Omicron Delta Kappa, Southern Employee Benefits Conference, SHRM¬-Atlanta Symposium, and other SHRM programs and leadership summits across the country. As Randstad’s primary media spokesperson, Link’s advice and opinions on workplace issues and trends are frequently sought out by national and local media, such as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Fast Company, NPR, FOX Business, HR Magazine and Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

Link was named HR Executive of the Year in the 2013 American Business Awards, and he currently serves as a board member of the SHRM Foundation Major Gifts Council. He also sits on SHRM-Atlanta’s board of advisors and is co-¬president of the Human Resources Leadership Forum (HRLF).

In addition to his industry-specific contributions, Link shares his passion for human capital development through his charitable work. His vision and inspiration have transformed the lives of many through the development of Randstad’s Hire Hope program, an initiative that helps victims of human trafficking gain workplace skills and obtain employment. In addition, he travels annually to Poland’s Poznan University of Economics, where he serves as a visiting lecturer on HR strategy and leadership as part of the university’s executive MBA program.

Prior to joining Randstad, Link served in senior-level human resources roles with several Fortune 500 companies, including General Electric, The Pillsbury Company and Porsche Cars North America.

Link earned both his bachelor’s degree and a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Murray State University.
