Art Jackson is a professional speaker, executive coach and the President of Eagles Nest Performance Management, Inc. He is a recognized expert in the areas of leadership, performance improvement and interpersonal skills. Art is the originator of the Purpose Centered Leadership™ system that has been used to improve performance in many facets of public and private life.
Art is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Management. Art is presently earning a Master of Theology degree.
Art is currently an adjunct professor at the USDA Graduate School; he also conducts strategic planning for the Department of Homeland Security and presents leadership training for members of the US Central Intelligence Agency.
Art is the author of the diversity and inclusion book “Lions and Tigers and Bears – Oh My” and is completing his second book entitled “Hangin’ Round The Barrel – How To Get Paid Everything You’re Worth and Be Worth Everything You’re Paid.”
Michael Johnson, Esq. is CEO of Clear Law Institute. As a former attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice, Mr. Johnson investigated and litigated cases against employers around the country. He was the lead attorney on one of DOJ’s “pattern of practice” sexual harassment cases.
Mr. Johnson has trained thousands of compliance and ethics officers, in-house counsel, and human resource professionals how to lawfully and effectively investigate allegations of employee misconduct.
The United Nations selected Mr. Johnson to consult on revisions to its harassment policies and to provide investigative training to its staff in New York and its peacekeeping missions in the Congo and Sierra Leone. Mr. Johnson has also served as an expert witness testifying to the adequacy of employers’ internal investigations of alleged employee misconduct.
Mr. Johnson was co-founder and co-CEO of Brightline Compliance, which provided online training on ethics and compliance topics to more than 1.5 million employees of more than 600 companies. Mr. Johnson and his business partner sold Brightline Compliance in 2007.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of Duke University and Harvard Law School.
Dr. Mark David Milliron was recently named Chancellor of Western Governors University Texas, the nonprofit university founded by the state of Texas to provide its citizens accredited, high-quality, online and blended competency-based degrees. Prior to taking this position, he served as the Deputy Director for Postsecondary Improvement with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, leading efforts to increase student success in the US postsecondary education sector. He is an award-winning leader, author, speaker, and consultant well known for exploring leadership development, future trends, learning strategies, and the human side of technology change. He has worked with universities, community colleges, K-12 schools, corporations, associations, and government agencies across the country and around the world. He also serves on numerous corporate, nonprofit, and education boards and advisory groups, including Civitas Learning, an Austin-based learning analytics company; the Global Online Academy, a not-for-profit educational partnership serving independent schools nationally and internationally; and MyCollege Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to helping low-income youth achieve quality college credentials.
Mark brings broad experience to this work. In previous roles, he founded the private consulting group, Catalyze Learning International (CLI); served as an Endowed Fellow, Senior Lecturer, and Director of the National Institute of Staff and Organizational Development in the College of Education at The University of Texas at Austin; served as Vice President for Education and Medical Practice with SAS, the world’s largest private software company; and was President and CEO of the League for Innovation in the Community College.
Regardless of all of his activities and accomplishments, Mark will quickly tell you that the most important job and the greatest blessing in his life is serving as Julia’s husband, and as father to Alexandra, Richard, Marcus, and Max.
With over twenty-five years in management and organizational leadership, Dr. Kenneth M. Moss is known as an expert in mentoring, emotional intelligent, organizational management and leadership. The Capstone of his professional career includes retirement from the United States Army after twenty years of distinguished service.
Dr. Moss is a Management Professor with Saint Leo University serving at the South Hampton Roads Center. Concurrently, he is the CEO and founder of Strategic Leadership Development Group, LLC which specializes in career transitioning services and leadership training including leadership assessment, personality typing, organizational effectiveness, and organizational development. He is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), International Leadership Association (ILA) and International Mentoring Association (IMA).
He uses his vast experience and knowledge to help leaders and organizations improve performance and effectiveness. His clients are Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and a diverse group of public, private and international firms. His most recent research examined the relationship of transformational leadership and employee engagement. In addition, he is actively collecting data relating to the role of emotional intelligence in transformational leadership.
Dr. Moss holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Organizational Leadership and a Certificate of Advance Graduate Studies in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia. Additionally, he possesses a Masters of Science degree in Management Science degree from Troy State University and a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Science from Columbus State University.
