If your guest plans to join you for the Conference Program—
including Keynote Speakers and Concurrent Sessions—then he or she should register as a full Conference Participant. However, if your guest wants to leave the HR knowledge to you and soak in the beauty and relaxation of The Homestead, then a Conference Guest package is just the ticket.
As a registered Conference Guest, your guest will have access to all conference meals and entertainment. Since most of The Homestead’s regular dining facilities will be dedicated to HR2aT, registering your guest in advance is the only way to ensure access to onsite meals during the conference. You can complete your guest registration when making your conference registration, or add a guest to your conference registration any time prior to arriving at the conference.
