Hi, Wayne. You’re not alone — I know many of your fellow conference attendees are eager to find the presentations shared by our conference speakers and continue the learning and conversation.

You can find the presentations here on the conference website. You’ll want to go to the “Programs” section using the top menu bar and select “Concurrent Sessions.” On that page, you’ll find a hyperlink to each time slot of the sessions, and the presentations are linked to the session titles on those pages.

We received a number of presentations from our speakers while they were at the conference. Those are still in the process of being uploaded. We hope to have them assembled and available on the website by the end of the week, so if you don’t find the presentation you’re looking for, it’s be worth checking back in a few days.

Thanks again to the many speakers who graciously gave us permission to share their materials.

Our conference team and the great staff at The Homestead are working hard to make attending the conference as easy as possible for all our guests. Free shuttle service is available from the overflow parking lot to the front doors of The Homestead, and the bell services team will be more than happy to assist conference attendees with luggage and other belongings. Shuttle service runs continuously throughout the day.

Anyone needing assistance while at the conference can ask a conference committee member or volunteer (identified by a black barbecue apron) or any Homestead staff member.

What type of parking and eating arrangements are available for disabled members attending the conference? Will we be allowed to unload at the door, then move our vehicles or is there shuttle service? If so, how do we request it.

During the conference, The Homestead has a relaxed dress code and pretty much anything goes (including denim). We encourage comfortable attire that you’d wear on a “casual” day at work. The Homestead is a large conference facility and temperatures can fluctuate, so it’s also a good idea to dress in layers or bring a sweater.

If you’re arriving before the conference begins Monday morning or planning to extend your stay after the conference, The Homestead’s typical dress code applies. Guests are encouraged to wear collared shirts (or the equivalent), casual slacks and shorts. Jeans, tank tops and baseball caps are discouraged in the Great Hall.

Parking will be available at The Homestead for all conference attendees. Valet parking is available for $15 per day, and the self-parking and overflow lots are free-of-charge.

Will I be able to use the Homestead’s parking facilities even though I am staying off-site? If not, any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi Andy,

We’re looking forward to see you and your wife at the Conference! You’ll be able to buy individual meal tickets at the Conference registration desk, and your guest is welcome to join you for the social activities on Tuesday evening. Meal tickets are available for $25 for breakfast, $35 for lunch and $60 for dinner.

My spouse has been able to make arrangements to join me at the Homestead, but only for one evening. Would it be possible for me to purchase a meal & entertainment pass for her on Tuesday evening only?
