Accommodations

There’s no better setting for Virginia’s premier HR conference than the unparalleled Homestead Resort. When you come to the conference, you’ll join a long list of presidents, princes and world travelers who have experienced the Homestead’s hospitality, elegant accommodations and distinctive Southern charm in an idyllic mountain setting.

All conference meetings and events will take place at the historic Homestead resort in Hot Springs, Virginia. Once you travel the winding roads of Southwestern Virginia, you’ll be greeted by the picturesque vistas of this historic property with every modern comfort you might want.

Lodging reservations for The Homestead will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. You must complete your conference registration prior to making a room reservation at The Homestead.

Rooms are available at The Homestead for just $161.57 per night during the conference, (includes room rate $130.00, resort charge $13.50, parking fee $5.00, and taxes $13.07). If you’d like to extend your stay (and subject to availability), this rate will be honored beginning Wednesday, 23 April 2014 through Friday, 2 May 2014. There’s no better way to explore The Homestead and ensure that you’ll have time to enjoy its activities at a more leisurely pace.

If The Homestead isn’t your cup of tea, or you’re unable to secure a reservation onsite, there’s no need to worry. The Hot Springs area (and nearby Warm Springs) is home to a number of proven bed and breakfast options, and there are additional hotels and motels in Covington.
